Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Polar does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent commercial purposes, except that our website uses Google pixels and similar analytics and advertising technologies that may result in the sharing of certain browsing and interaction data with Google in connection with advertising services. You may opt out of this sharing by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser.
Do Not Track Our Services use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signals. You may also disable cookies through your browser, though some Services functionality may be affected.
Authorized Agents You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information Polar does not sell personal information. However, our use of Google advertising and analytics technologies may constitute “sharing” under the CCPA. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing as described in Section 5. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary to provide the Services you request. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
“Shine the Light” California residents may opt out of sharing personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To do so, contact us as described in Section 12 with the subject line “Shine the Light Opt-Out.”
We use reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may de-identify personal information rather than delete it where permitted by law.
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and mark your inquiry “COPPA Information Request.” We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16.
